Each customized bracelet in our shop is carefully handcrafted and made especially for you — from the gems we select to the design you choose.

Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help make it right.

Customization Process

  1. Upload an image of the character you want to customize.  The image can be a game character, an anime character, or anything else you want to design. If you'd like, you can briefly describe your requirements.
  2. ASTORYTOYS' jewelry designers will create a hand-drawn bracelet sketch based on your pictures and descriptions.
  3. Then we hand-weave the bracelet according to the hand-drawn design.
  4. Finally, we will send you photos of the finished bracelet for your confirmation. We will ship it only if you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied, we will redesign it until you are satisfied.
