Processing Time

All of our products are handmade. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. We’re always working to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your country/region.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, pandemics, or other unexpected events.

Pre-Orders / Back-Orders

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we may ship available items first and send the remaining item(s) as soon as they are back in stock.

If you receive only part of your order initially, don’t worry — the rest will arrive shortly after.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS if you provided a mobile number) with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@astorytoys.com.We’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

For approved returns of non-custom, ready-to-ship items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ASTORYTOYS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” and you cannot locate your package:

1. Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors

2. Contact the carrier directly using the information shown on the tracking page
