What is a game-inspired bracelet?
Our bracelets are handcrafted using real crystals and gemstones, designed to capture a character’s color mood, energy, or story — without looking like obvious game merch. It’s subtle, personal, and meaningful.
Are your crystals and gemstones real?
Yes. Every bracelet is made with natural crystals and gemstones such as moonstone, agate, obsidian, citrine, rose quartz, and more. We never use plastic beads.
How does the custom bracelet process work?
Upload a reference image or tell us the character you love. Our designer creates a hand-drawn bracelet sketch, then we handcraft the piece based on that design. Before shipping, we send you photos for approval and can adjust details until you’re happy.
How long does a custom order take?
Design and handcrafting usually take 4–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 days after shipment.
Can I return or exchange my bracelet?
Because custom bracelets are made specially for you, they are non-refundable. If your bracelet arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it — just contact us with photos.
